MY JOURNEY
I know all of you will enjoy the massage you receive because I had amazing training and…it comes from the heart.
I offer licensed massage therapy in the greater lansing, Michigan area. The focus is on deep tissue, sports, pregnancy massage and chronic pain relief. My bachelor’s degree is in Business and a minor in Communications and Social Science from Davenport University. After spending years in the insurance sector of the job market, I desired another way to connect with people on a more personal level and to help others with mobility, restrictions, or stress. Something to help others simply carry on with day to day life, pain free.
I chose to go into massage therapy and bodywork. I attended school at the Ann Arbor Institute of Massage Therapy. The curriculum was significantly focused on anatomy and in depth instruction on all the systems of the body.
I gained a strong knowledge of how massage affects the entire body. The technical training was very thorough. I learned from some great instructors who have had years to refine their craft. This training provided me with the tools I needed to focus on therapeutic and pain relief massage.
