    DEEP TISSUE THERAPY

    Includes the use of Myofascial release to treat the fascia covering muscles or Neuromuscular Therapy to release trigger points. Both help the body heal properly, restore range of motion, and provide deep relaxation to muscular problems.

    SWEDISH MASSAGE/INTEGRATED MASSAGE

    A combination of Myofascial and Neuromuscular Therapies are used in coordination with Swedish massage techniques.

    PREGNANCY MASSAGE

    Special attention given to women past their first trimester and often done in a sideline or propped supine position with the use of pillows to alleviate pressure on nerves and joints. Very relaxing.

    SPORTS MASSAGE

    For pre event and post sport event situations, combinations of techniques are used to prevent injury and aid in the repair of sore muscles.
